The Putnam County Board of DD is funded primarily from property tax levies approved by Putnam County voters. State and federal funds supplement levies. On an annual basis, the board strategizes to develop a comprehensive Annual Action Plan.

The Putnam County Board of Developmental Disabilities will have a Board Member Vacancy for 2026. The person appointed by the Putnam County Commissioners must be a resident of Putnam County, be willing to participate in monthly board meetings, and be a supporter of the PCBDD Mission: To ensure individuals with developmental disabilities have access to quality supports providing them opportunities to live, learn, work, and play in their community.
